What exactly do you do for our association?
We curate, schedule, and post relevant REALTOR® content to your association’s Facebook page so you stay visible, credible, and connected without adding work to your staff or volunteers.

What exactly are you posting on our behalf?
We post curated REALTOR® content relevant to your members, including advocacy, fair housing, professionalism, Code of Ethics, safety, education, housing data, consumer awareness and more. We source content from NAR, RPR®, Realtor.com, REALTOR® Magazine, and Houselogic. Our professional package also includes posting from your state association.

Do we have to tell you what to post?
No. We handle the content planning based on what REALTOR® associations should be communicating throughout the year.

Do we have to approve posts before they go live?
No. This is a done-for-you service. Posts are professionally curated and scheduled without requiring approval, saving your staff or volunteers time.

Will the posts match our association branding?
Posts are clean, professional and REALTOR®-appropriate. They are not custom branded, which keeps our services affordable and consistent.

Which platforms do you post to?
Facebook business pages for REALTOR® associations.

How often do you post?
We post three-five times per week, depending on which package you purchase.

What do we need to do to get started?
After you purchase your posting package, we will direct you to our setup page. Setup is simple and takes less than 5 minutes.

What if we have something we want to post?
We only manage curated content from the sources we use. We encourage our clients to continue posting local and association-specific information such as class and event schedules, member spotlights, and more.

Can you customize graphics to support our local education, advocacy, member benefits, and community initiatives?
We do not provide custom, branded graphics. However, we will soon provide editable graphics that can be edited in a free Canva account. This gives you the opportunity to brand graphics and post to support your local initiatives. Stay tuned for this new service, launching soon!

Are we required to sign a contract?
No contracts are required. We offer monthly plans that can be canceled anytime. 

Is there a discount if we combine packages?
Yes! When we launch our social media graphics kits, you will be able to combine packages for discounts.

Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Simply log in to your account on our website and cancel your plan.

Why are your services offered at a lower price than hiring a social media manager?
This is not custom content creation. It is curated posting designed to provide consistency without the cost of custom marketing services.

NOTE: Our Social Media Kits will launch later in 2026.

What is included in a social media kit?
Each kit includes 5 professionally designed graphics. We will provide kits on important REALTOR® topics, including RPAC, advocacy, member value, benefits, education, community service, and more. We will also provide event-specific kits, such as Fair Housing Month, Homeownership Month, REALTOR® Safety Month, etc. Each month, we will add 5 more graphics to each kit. Once you purchase your kit(s), you will find your kit graphics in your online account. Two sets of graphics will be provided in each kit. One will be in PNG format and ready-to-use. The other will be completely customizable in Canva.

Can I customize the graphics?
Yes. Each graphic in your kit will include a link to an editable file in Canva. You will be able to add your content and your logo. 

How often will I receive new kits?
New kit graphics will be uploaded to your account at the beginning of each month.

Can I choose which topics I receive?
Yes. You can select the kits that best fit your association’s needs and priorities each month. You can purchase additional kits as needed.

What social media platforms are the graphics designed for?
Graphics are optimized for Facebook.

Do you provide captions or just graphics?
We only provide graphics.

Are the kits exclusive to my association?
Kits are not exclusive, but they are professionally designed with REALTOR® associations in mind and built to be fully editable.

How quickly can I start using them?
Immediately. Once you make your purchase, you will be able to access your kits from your online account. You can download, customize, and begin posting right away.

Can I use these with your curated posting service?
Yes. Many associations pair the kits with our curated posting services to create a complete, consistent social media presence.

Do I need a Canva Pro account to use the templates?
Most templates work with a free Canva account.
