What exactly do you do for our association?
We curate, schedule, and post relevant REALTOR® content to your association’s Facebook page so you stay visible, credible, and connected without adding work to your staff or volunteers.
What exactly are you posting on our behalf?
We post curated REALTOR® content relevant to your members, including advocacy, fair housing, professionalism, Code of Ethics, safety, education, housing data, consumer awareness and more. We source content from NAR, RPR®, Realtor.com, REALTOR® Magazine, and Houselogic. Our essentials plus and Core Standards packages also include posting from your state association.
Do we have to tell you what to post?
No. We handle the content planning based on what REALTOR® associations should be communicating throughout the year.
Do we have to approve posts before they go live?
No. This is a done-for-you service. Posts are professionally curated and scheduled without requiring approval, saving your staff or volunteers time.
Will the posts match our association branding?
Posts are clean, professional and REALTOR®-appropriate. They are not custom branded, which keeps our services affordable and consistent.
Which platforms do you post to?
Facebook business pages for REALTOR® associations.
How often do you post?
We post three-five times per week, depending on which package you purchase.
What do we need to do to get started?
After you purchase your posting package, we will send you an email with our Facebook ID. Then, you add us as an admin to your Facebook page and send us a link to your page. It’s that simple. We will send specific instructions on adding us to make it easy.
What if we have something we want shared?
We only manage curated content from the sources we use. We encourage our clients to continue posting local and association-specific information such as class and event schedules, member spotlights, and more.
Are we required to sign a contract?
No long-term contracts are required. We offer monthly plans that can be canceled anytime. We also offer annual plans. Annual plans must be prepaid and are non-refundable.
Is there a discount for annual plans?
Yes! Annual plans are discounted compared to paying monthly. Annual plans give you 12 months of service for the price of 11. AND, we often offer additional discounts.
Can we cancel anytime?
Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Simply log in to your account on our website and cancel your plan.
Why are your services offered at a lower price than hiring a social media manager?
This is not custom content creation. It is curated posting designed to provide consistency without the cost of custom marketing services.
Do you customize posts for our events or classes?
No. We focus on consistent, national-level (state-level for some packages) industry content from trusted REALTOR® sources.
How does the Core Standards Plan help us with meeting NAR’s Core Standards requirements?
We provide social media posting to meet NAR’s Core Standards communications requirements. PLEASE NOTE: Associations/boards are responsible for fulfilling all other core standards requirements. Our services ONLY meet the requirements for communications.
What makes the Core Standards plan different?
This plan includes posts specifically related to advocacy, professionalism, fair housing, ethics, and other topics that align directly with Core Standards expectations.
Do you post advocacy and Fair Housing content?
Yes, for those who purchase the Core Standards plan. These posts are intentionally included to support your association’s professional presence.
Do you provide proof that we have met our communications requirements?
Yes. As we post, we record screenshots of the posts. These screenshots are provided to you to include in your Core Standards reporting.
