Subscriptions begin at the time of purchase and are billed on a monthly basis. Your payment method will be charged on the same date each billing cycle based on your original purchase date. If you purchase additional services at a later time, those subscriptions will begin on their respective purchase dates and will be billed separately.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. No future charges will be applied after cancellation.
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, templates, and resources upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.
